To be eligible to open and maintain an account with cyl8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any Restricted Territory as determined by cyl8 from time to time;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by cyl8 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of cyl8 or any of its associated companies;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or problem gambling disorder at the time of registration;
• The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any criminal or illegal activity.

cyl8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any point during a player's registration or continued use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Each Player is permitted to maintainone (1) account only on the cyl8 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or in conjunction with others — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You accept responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Notifying cyl8 customer support immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security;
• Ensuring that your account is not accessible to any third party, including minors.

cyl8 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the unauthorised access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to use your account, is a breach of this Agreement.

cyl8 supports a range of local and international payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, BNB).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific payment method applies a different minimum, which will be stated at the time of deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods that have been verified in the Player's name;
• cyl8 does not accept third-party payments — deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to accounts held in the Player's own name;
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawals held pending documentation;
• cyl8 may apply a processing window of up to five (5) business days in circumstances where enhanced verification is required, without constituting a breach of this Agreement;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address provided by the Player at the time of the withdrawal request. cyl8 is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect or incompatible wallet address provided by the Player.

All Player funds are held in accounts segregated from cyl8 operational funds. cyl8 does not use Player deposits for any operational, commercial, or investment purpose.

cyl8 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. General bonus provisions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's account in the form of Bonus Funds, which are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable;
• The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be specified in the individual bonus terms — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "12x wagering requirement");
• Unless the individual bonus terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal of winings derived from those funds can be processed;
• Bonus Funds are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash except through fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirement;
• Minimum odds thresholds may apply to sports betting bonuses — where applicable, these will be stated in the individual promotion's terms;
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any unwagered Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation;
• cyl8 reserves the right to void any bonus and/or winings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of manipulation of bonus terms.

All bets placed on the cyl8 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the Platform. cyl8 does not allow cancellation of confirmed bets except where permitted by the specific rules of a market (e.g., cash-out functionality where offered);
• cyl8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to system error, feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a wager, the records held by cyl8's system shall be considered the primary source of truth. Players may raise disputes via the customer support channel within seven (7) days of the event outcome;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface;
• cyl8 reserves the right to limit the maximum winings payable on any single bet, session, or event. Players will be notified of applicable limits where relevant.

For sports betting markets, cyl8 may suspend or close markets at any time without prior notice in response to breaking news, injuries, or other relevant information that affects the integrity of the market. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cyl8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering an account if you are under the age of 21, or allowing any person under21 to use your account;
• Registering more than one account, or operating accounts under multiple identities;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal play;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to exploit the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any such exploitation must be reported to cyl8 immediately and all winings derived from an exploited error are void;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal sources;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any related financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property;
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

cyl8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Players may access these tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration per gaming session, after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net balance movement;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed the same day and take immediate effect.

The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. cyl8 employs identity and age verification procedures at the account registration stage and may request additional documentation at any time.

cyl8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure;
• Regulatory obligation or instruction from a relevant authority;
• Technical necessity or platform maintenance requiring temporary restriction of account access.

Upon termination of an account, any verified Player Funds (exclusive of Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the deposit method used, subject to standard identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless individual bonus terms specify otherwise.

A Player may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to cyl8 customer support via live chat or the contact email address provided on this Platform. Account closures will be processed within five (5) business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cyl8 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages arise from:

• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond cyl8's reasonable control;
• Any delay in processing a withdrawal or deposit;
• Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or failure of performance of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Any third-party conduct affecting your use of the Platform.

cyl8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of verified Player Funds held in that's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude cyl8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

cyl8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in thePrivacy Policy.

cyl8 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketing entities. Data collected is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by cyl8, subject to applicable retention obligations. Such requests may be submitted via the contact details provided in the Contact section of this Agreement.

cyl8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where such amendments are material, cyl8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the Platform or by email.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and submit a written request for account closure before the amended terms take effect.
